Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about bringing nature into your home.
How do I choose the right size planter for my plant?
We recommend choosing a planter that is 1 to 2 inches larger in diameter than your plant's current nursery pot. For larger floor plants, look for a container that offers 2 to 4 inches of extra space to allow for healthy root growth.
Do your planters come with drainage holes?
Most of our ceramic and terracotta planters include pre-drilled drainage holes to prevent overwatering. For our decorative indoor cachepots that do not have holes, we recommend using a plastic liner or adding a layer of lava rocks at the bottom.
What is your shipping policy for fragile items?
We use eco-friendly, reinforced packaging to ensure your planters arrive safely. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and we provide tracking information once your package is en route.
Can I return a planter if it doesn't fit my space?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Are your planters suitable for outdoor use?
Our product descriptions specify whether a planter is indoor-only or weather-resistant. Our stone and concrete collections are frost-proof and UV-resistant, making them perfect for patios and gardens.
What should I do if my order arrives broken?
While we take great care in packing, accidents happen. If your item arrives damaged, please email a photo of the product and the packaging to our support team within 48 hours, and we will send a replacement immediately.
